Service Refund Policy
Since our services involve on-site cleaning work, refunds are generally not provided once the cleaning service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the service, you may contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will review the issue and try to resolve it.
Service Revisit
If any cleaning area was missed during the service, our team may offer a revisit or correction to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a service before our team reaches your location, you may be eligible for a refund of any advance payment. Late cancellations after the team has arrived at the location may not be eligible for a refund.
Advance Payments
Advance payments made to confirm bookings may be adjusted for rescheduling or future services depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- If the service has already been completed
- If the issue is due to pre-existing damage or permanent stains
- If incorrect information about the property or service requirements was provided
