Payments

Payment for cleaning services must be made as agreed at the time of booking. Advance payments may be required for certain services.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Ensure water and electricity are available during the cleaning process
  • Remove valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service begins

Service Limitations

Our cleaning services focus on standard home cleaning tasks such as bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, house cleaning, villa cleaning, and empty home cleaning. Some stains, damages, or permanent marks may not be completely removable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please inform us in advance. Late cancellations may affect future bookings.

Liability

While our team takes great care during the cleaning process, MITA Home’s Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues within the property.
